The location is perfect, by 5 min you are at Legian beach. It's a very good beach for beginner surfers (especially in the morning 8-11 AM), but it's not well suited for people who want to swim without big waves. The personnel made the villa very nice. They were always welcoming and helpful. It was perfectly cleaned every day. The private swimming pool did make a difference. We enjoyed playing in it, and cooling off after a long time in the sun. The breakfast was a bit expensive for local prices, but it was good, with lots of options, and delivered to your table on time. It's a quiet residence, where you barely hear the streets around you.

The location in Seminyak was great, fairly close to beach, amid good shopping and restaurants. The staff at this property were outstanding, helpful and supportive with any little request that we had. I also loved the traditional styling of the villas and furnishings, it really felt like we were in Bali but with some nice modern styling and home comforts too. The room servicing was maintained to a very high standard every single day of our 16 day stay.

A bit of a walk from the main bit of town but minutes from the beach and nice bars/restaurants. The private pool and outdoor space were lovely and there was a nice mosquito curtain around the bed (which was huge and very comfy)

Nice large private pool. comfortable bed. large spaced rooms. friendly staff. for the price range I don’t expect anything luxurious and was happy with the comfort the villas gave.
